This beautiful home is perfect for a big family getaway. It has everything you need, from friendly neighbors to a stunning beach just across the road. the small shop nearby is convenient, and the house is well-equipped with body boards for the children. the layout is great, with most rooms on one level and a spacious lounge upstairs for relaxation. the dining room table is huge, perfect for large groups. the gardens both in the front and rear are lovely, and the front is a sun trap on good weather days. the location is ideal for exploring North and Mid Wales.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a brilliant shower. the location was great, with a nice balcony overlooking the marina. the staff were helpful and there was a well-kept real ale in the bar. the restaurant served acceptable food at a good price. the hotel was within walking distance of the pier, shops, and restaurants.
The local fish and chip shop was dreadful.

Our stay at the Moorings was absolutely wonderful. The room we stayed in was incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic and probably the largest I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff, especially the chambermaid, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the balcony in the bar/restaurant area which overlooked the marina. It was a great spot to enjoy a drink and take in the view. The location of the Moorings was perfect, just a short walk away from the pier and all the shops, pubs, and restaurants in town. We had a fantastic time exploring the area and the convenient access to transportation options made it even better. I highly recommend the Moorings for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The positive aspects were that the property was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 10 people comfortably. it was kept clean throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, which was a plus. Another advantage was the location, which provided easy access to local shops and attractions.
One of the toilets was partially blocked, causing inconvenience. On top of that, there were various maintenance issues like non-functional wall clocks and bedside lamps.

We recently stayed at the wonderful Moorings Villa in Fairbourne for a relaxing week with our extended families. This charming 1930s home exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and comfort. The retained features and beautiful furniture added a cozy touch to the spacious rooms. The exceptional beds and individual wash basins in two of the bedrooms were such thoughtful details. With two bathrooms, there were no queues, allowing us to fully enjoy our time together. The two comfortable lounges, especially the one overlooking the sea, provided the perfect setting for breathtaking sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen and the treasure trove of books, DVDs, and videos were delightful surprises. Finally got to experience hiking and cycling in the area. Loved having access to a patio, perfect for sipping my G&T while overlooking the beach. Managed to wash my clothes with the washing machine provided, because, you know, laundry is such a thrilling vacation activity.
Smallest towels ever, felt like drying myself with a postage stamp.
